Never before in my life have I found myself knowing so many people in great romantic partnerships, primarily lasting relationships. For example Don and Barbara. I think they’ve been married 60+ years. I had not talked to Barbara since her quite long hospital stay that began in mid-December! I eventually made it a point to carry over a bouquet of flowers and have some quality time with frail little Barbara. Barbara and Don are role models for Robert and I. Their partnership is such an example of a stable, rich, lasting love. Following my visit with her I was so moved by the depth of their relationship. They have 6 adult children and are developing the great-grandchildren generation of life. Don loves Barbara with unfailing faith that her well-being will return.
Watching this type of depth transcends explanation, truly. The environment was filled with knowing and enduring. Words fail me as I try to explain the union.
Then there’s my in-laws. Another example of two lovers who have been through a full life of ups and downs. There’s a stability and lasting quality that is so grounding and comforting. They’ve produced children who have visions of relationships based on communication, respecting each other, laughter, and love. Using the Law of Attraction is hugely powerful for Relationships Attraction, and it’s not hard to understand.
By contrast, there are households under which a lot of us have grown up in where strife, arguing, and anxiety were a daily occurrences. Interestingly, in either case, there’s no “guarantee” that we will model our Mom and Dad. Failing marriages and partnerships still happen when the model was stable and grounded in love, mutual values, and respect.
Could It Be A Magic Formula?
So what is going on here? They appear to have a magic formula nailed down. Has it always been that easy for them? I don’t think so. However, they have continued to create and re-create possibility in their relationships. I am sure life was not all sweet and wonderful for them. However, they go back to the meaning of who they are in their connection to one another. You can create your own Law of Attraction Relationships today and sky-rocket your level of positive energy!
So how come it is different for many of us? We all come into this world desiring a little bit of this and a some of that. To change it up. Granted, we seem to be awakening into a higher reality where we can choose more of that which we truly prefer, instead of going on creating-by-default mode. We have learned to use the contrast as a place of distinguishing; using the contrast of a failed relationship to better define what we desire in a relationship that functions correctly; one that’s is full of love and open communication.
Of course the contrast is great information. But what if you’ve had just about as much contrast as you can handle and you do not know what to do next? If you have read “Create the Love of Your Dreams” or you haev been studying any of the Law of Attraction teachers, we all say, keep your attention pointed in the location of what it feels like to already have what it is you desire. I’ll give you that sometimes it seems easier said than done. That’s where retaining a practice and an accountability becomes important. Why live life feeling at the receiving end of it instead of at the creation of it? Find a group, or a buddy with whom you can co-create some perfect relationship intentions and keep each other to your words and actions.
