Law of Attraction Relationships Don’t Take Much Effort to Create

Be on the lookout for clues that mean your love relationship is coming.

Or, search for signs that your current relationship is getting better, if you are already in one.

Because of the RAS (reticular activation system) in our brains, we are hard-wired to look for and acquire that which we’re looking for. It is the same part in the brain that finds dents in cars everywhere, but only after you’ve gotten a dent in your car.

Set your expectations to find evidence of happy couples. If the very idea of looking for positive relationships causes you to go into a tailspin, you obviously have a lot of resistance that needs to be softened. Before you can attract solid Law of Attraction Relationships, you have to first get rid of that resisting energy.

A client of mine, when I asked she search for evidence around her of happy couples, immediately felt bad because she was not one of them. We had to begin by working on the resistant energy she had to seeing other people happy when she was not.

The positive side is that if you see it in your life, then it has to be within your vibrational capability. What you’re experiencing is constantly a match to the vibrations and beliefs you’re transmitting. That’s the good news, that Relationship Attraction is possible for you with the Law of Attraction.

Begin by searching for sights of happy lovers, content relationships, examples of sweet encounters and know that could be you. Celebrate that it’s showing up. What you want IS finding you! Law of Attraction Love is out there looking for you, so go get it!

When I was manifesting and attracting the love of my dreams, I remember hearing a woman on the phone with her sweety. Just before she hung up, she said “I love you too, honey”.

After that I thought, I like that. I like that he said “I love you” first. I put the tidbit in my little bag of evidence of another property of what he was going to be like.

We have expectations concerning those long-standing relationships, and they are always met. Your creations will almost always align with your expectations. So how about those other relationships? He said, “Everything can be torn away from man but one thing – to choose one’s attitude in a situation with certain circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”

I realize that I am the only person who can rain on my own parade. Law of Attraction Relationships Secret Revealed

Breathe!

That’s right. Breathing is a wonderful exercise to allow the energy moving in a higher creative way. Move your arms in circles, and complement this exercise by moving your legs in a cross-wise pattern. That really gets your energy flowing.

Doing something as simple as intentionally breathing has a lot of health benefits. Much of the time we do not grasp how vegging at a computer every day has us falling into unhealthy breathing patterns.

When practicing deep breathing, I suggest that you take breaths through your nose. You will allow more oxygen into the lower lobes of your lungs when you breathe deeply from the nose. Manifesting Law of Attraction Relationships becomes easier with the assistance of a Life Coach.

Breathing deeply has been clinically proven to lower stress levels. The exercise also allows more circulation to the brain and lungs. Stressed breathing patterns includes shallow breathing. Deep breathing releases endorphins into the system, our bodies’ natural pain and stress relievers. When you allow your breath into parts of the body that are stressed or in pain, you will allow soothing and release. Breathing exercises also relax all of your muscles. Some studies have shown that breathing exercises can also benefit asthma sufferers. Take breathes that are long and paced slowly. Take a breath through your nose, nice and slow. Now, exhale just as slowly. As you do this relax your stomach muscles. Relax and continue for several minutes.

Slow, deliberate, deep breathing is also an excellent tool to assist you in being in the moment. It also helps you to ground off excessive anxiety. While you are breathing, you can analyze your body looking for any tension spots in the body. Your breathing will help you there. When you see a tension spot, breathe into it, project release and allow the tension to relax.

Write about the huge amount your friends and family appreciate you. Put down the amount you appreciate your family and friends, what you do for a living, your car, your house. Valentine’s Day brings out the romantic in many of us. At the very least, it is a day that we’d LIKE to have the romantic brought out of its shell. In a relationship or not, when you think about Valentine’s Day do you not recall those silly little cupid cards we would send around to our classmates in grade school or the cards we created in class for our parents?

Other references and reminders we have concerning Valentine’s Day and what it means to be a part of a relationship or not can leave us feeling feel good or bad, depending on what our relationship status is. Unfortunately, the majority of how we feel, regardless of what our relationship status is is brought to bear upon us by the conditioned thinking that is ‘out there’ in the collective consciousness.

Do not pay attention to what they’re saying. Do not listen if it does not uplift and make you feel better about yourself. You’re excellent just the way you are.
